General Rules
*Proper No-Gi Shorts and Rash Guards are mandatory. No loose shirts or shorts with pockets or zippers. Without this you may not train.
* Visitors must have at least 3 months experience.
*Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork and familiarize yourself with our space.
